Robust construction meets bespoke details
Each Nord Star boat is handmade and customized to fulfill the demanding customers’ needs in the own state-of-art factory in Finland. The superstructure is hand laminated and ensures reliable and safe platform to build the perfect boat for the customer. Classic modern design, finished details, tested materials and high quality workmanship have made the Nord Star a safe and long lasting investment. Each Nord Star hull is handmade according to the customers’ specifications and needs.

Full laminated hull beam technology
The sturdy and capable hull is the base of seaworthiness & ride quality. Laminating the inner high torsion stringer beams to an integral part of the outer hull structure ensures a long lifetime and very solid torsional structural load. This gives more performance and saves the environment by reducing the fuel consumption as well.
Silent, smooth ride
Every Nord Star is silent, no any unwanted noises or is archived by intelligent design, sound dampening and quality control. The marriage of upper structure and the ready hull is solid. The sound dampening is made by a specific multi-layer dampening mat which ensures better results and lasts longer than commonly used foam solutions.
Custom equipment & accessories
Flexible and individual design choices & tailored accessories are made along with the order of each vessel. Infrared camera systems, custom audiovisual equipment, special fabrics or appliances – you name it, we’ll build it.
Each boat is completely tested inhouse
Final quality is checked as a part of our quality management system that follows the manufacturing of the boats during the whole production process. Before on its way to the customer, we have our own large volume indoor pool for testing each boat and leakage control. Assembly and all the mechanical and electrical components and surfaces must be passed with flying colors to fulfill our high production standards. With the biggest models, a comprehensive test drives are made in the coastal sea of Finland.
